Question System Restore

Hello , Can you help . I am using XP H/E . I have tried to do a System Restore to a previous date , but any ( bold ) date i use the system is unable to restore to it . I have the disk usage for S/R set at 5% . What is the possible cause why i can't use the restore feature .

I've found that if you do a Restore point, and then down the road you do a CHKDSK and it finds a problem, then Restore can choke on it. I often forget myself, but I always strongly recommend doing a CHKDSK before making any restore points. (or don't do a CHKDSK untill long after you are sure you won't need a Restore point.)
