Can sombody tell me how much memory ME can handle properly. I have 512 MB at the moment and i am thinking of going to 1GB of memory. But i thought i read somewhere that ME can not handle that much.

ME will supoort the added memory IF your mobo will support more. You'll need to make some adjustments tho, just like with 98. And don't try to run more than 1Gb. Here's a note I keep in my tips file for running over 512Mb on 98 and ME:
"When running Windows 98se with over 512Mb ram, make the following changes: C:/Windows/System (note pad or .ini, not System folder) Change within vcache MinFileCache=262144 MaxFileCache=524288 Add immediately after [386Enh] ConservativeSwapFileUsage=1 " |
