Tape backup Problem

Hello and Good day! I'm currently trying to back-up my 2003 server, for some reason I can't back-up anything on my tape drive using Administrator profile. I get error like "you don't have access to C:" or there is problem with the device. But if I use another profile I can back-up with no problem. Again it only happens When backing-up to the tape drive. Also how can I delete the files on the tape drive?

Thanks

What software are you using to backup to the tape?

To erase the tape you usually use either your backup software or the tape maker usually provides a utility to do it.
