no close or minimize sybols

hi guys,

I am using win2k on my desktop, everything is working fine, except that yesterday, when I was cleaning out my temp folder (which had a lot of junks in it), somehow when I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to look at the resources the applications that are running, I don't see the symbols to close or minimize that window anymore, every other windows I opened up is woking just fine, not mixing anything in it. So, the only way I can close that window right now is using Alt+F4, if you guys know how to correct this, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
