Welcome to PCMech, AlienHybridX!

Do you current overclock your system? If you do, it is highly advised that you return your computer to stock settings, for simplicity's sake. Overclocking can (more often than not) be the cause for stability problems, even if the computer was stable before.

It looks like your graphics card is overheating as well... You mentioned that the problem became worse when you ran BF1942 and WoW, both graphically intensive (compared to Windows' Desktop) programs. What are your system temperatures like? (You can find out by downloading a program such as "Speedfan" or "Asus Probe")

Fixes generally range from hardware installations (such as a case or PCI fan to blow on the card), to software fixes

I have ran dell diagnostics and it found a problem with the video memory ....talked with a technician said it could be the video card itself but i need a 2nd opinion on this before i fork out cash for a x850xt :P...and i know i have 1 corrupt memory stick...i have taken the card and reseated it solved the problem for about 10 minutes then the distortions came back ..once again any help is appreciated

Is there another computer you can use the card in? If the artifacts appear there as well, then the problem is most likely in the card...
