OEM vs. Retail XP

I saw OEM XP Pro at Newegg for $75. Doesn't include manual. Will I be missing anything if I buy this vs. retail version? I suppose I could buy a manual on ebay.

No need to. The manual really doesn't have much information in it.

How about a link? I sure don't see that at Newegg. The cheapest legit XP Pro OEM I've seen anywhere is about $110 - that's the not for resale version at Viosoftware.

I'd be VERY careful.........

. What does OEM stand for? What is the difference between OEM and full retail packaging?
OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer. A retail version comes in a fancy box, OEM does not. A retail version contains a printed manual. The customers who purchase a retail version are eligible for tech support and different rebates. With our offer this is not possible - hence cheap prices.
Be aware that you will not be able to register the software with the manufacturer. Some of these products cannot be updated on-line.

Where does this software come from?
The software is shipped from Eastern Europe.

I buy all my copies of XP here:
XP Home $76.50
http://www.compuplus.com/i-Microsoft...0l12513806vdy5
XP Pro $119
http://www.compuplus.com/i-Microsoft...0l12513806vdy5
I have heard a few people say they have had problems with this store but I have never had a single problem with them.
Unfortunately Viosoftware don't ship to where I live.
