Huge problem in x64 windows

I have a huge problem. I am running x64 windows with 2 partions. I wanted to create a third using space from the second partition. however. during the process (using partition magic 8.0) the process halted, and i clicked cancel.
Now my comp cant find my D:/ partition, however, i can access files i know to be on the partition such as mp3's through itunes
however, i cannot browse the drive or do anything.

Edit:
I did a couple reboots + chkdsks, now i can access files through the inbuilt browser in partition magic, but it doest appear in explorer.exe
