Program Wont Un-install
I un-iinstalled a program and reboot Windows 2000 after the un-install. Then I noticed that the program still shows up on "Add and Remove Programs". I un-installed several times but couldn't get rid of it on the "Add and Remove Programs". I tried to re-install the program but it never re-installed. It always ask me to un-iinstall which I have done several times. I need to get rid of this program off the "Add and Remove Programs" before I could re-install it. I think this a similar issue was posted here before but I couldnt remember the solution. Any help is appreciated.

Scroll down to "desktop utilities" download and install "my uninstaller" I have used this small utility a few times to remove stuborn applications that don't seem to want to go away.

Start -> Run -> Regedit -> HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
Look through there and delete the key that has the DisplayName for that application. |
