system error
Every so often I'll leave my computer and then when I come back it would've restarted all by itself. I really want to know whats happening. Attached is the error log and files involved. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We need to know your OS, I'm assuming it's XP, and we need your specs.
When did this start and what are you doing before it happens?

Yes it is XP, and the specs are as follows:
Intel P4 3.4 GHz 800 MHz FSB 1GB PC3200 SDDR RAM Nvidia FX 5200 256 MB Is that all you need or do you need more info? Oh, and it usually happens whilst I'm running MS Flight Simulator |

Do you have SP2 and the latest drivers installed?
Have you checked for any patches or updates to the game itself? |

You're closing in on hardware but there are huge gaps.
From your report this just started recently, so what did you download ? |

Alright now I have an even bigger problem.......... hopefully you can help me still...... or atleast point me in the right direction. Heres the story...... so I thought that I miles well do a virus scan to make sure that it isn't a virus........ I've been moving my computer around lately so the oppurtunity to get one was there........ so I ran the scan with Avast and it directed me ro restart my computer saying that it would continue the scan on the restart. So I did and it did......... heres where I made my first mistake. When the first virus was found it gave me a number of options........ not wanting to stay there and have to watch I selected to delete all.......... mistake......... I'm guessing it ended up deleting some of the wrong files because when I tried to start windows at first Only the start menu and taskbar wouldn't show up........ and I got an error message saying that csrss.exe could not be located in C:\WINDOWS\System32\lugxrn........ now I was confused at first because I knew that this is not the standard place for this file to be located and so I looked and it was still in the System32 folder so I guessed that this was the virus version of csrss.exe so I went ahead and tried to find it in this folder. Even with the option to see hidden files and folders selected, I could not find this folder but I eventually got to it by typing it directly in to the explorer bar. Inside this folder there was 1 file which was named something like csrss log or something like that, so I deleted it and restarted my computer. This time when windows started nothing came up except for my backround picture. No Icons no taskbar no nothing. I could get the task manager up but thats it. Quickly I decided that my only option was to do a system recovery. The only way I could do a system recovery was to take the hard drive out and reinstall it into the original compaq computer which I had it in and then run the compaq system recovery. So I did this and then I reinstalled the Hard Drive into my computer. I did this and windows started untill it got to the initial load screen and then gave me a message saying that my system configuration was wrong and that I could not continue untill it was fixed. Thinking that it had something to do with the hard drive..... since it was the only thing I touched I changed the Master/Slave settings on both my hard drives but to no avail....... the problem is still there. So now what do I do???????? Thanks for any advice

You cannot use a hard drive that's been loaded with a Compaq system recovery in a different computer. Not only is that not legal, it won't boot. You need to buy a new legal copy of XP.
