It's a really old tip and has been around for a while. Also, the gpedit is, for a lot of settings - just a front end to the registry. Which means you should be able to do most of it with the registry editor even in Home.
Try this: 1) Save the following to a notepad and save as a .reg file 2) Double click the .reg file to merge to registry PHP Code:
