Need Help Fixing/remove Dr Watson Post Mortem Debugger Problem

Hello guys. This is my first time here. Recently, when I access folders containing AVI files. I would always get a windwos error problem, mostly Dr watson post mortem debugger error message. Please help!!

NOTE: Just to add, before I download CWshredder. And it detected one program called ...I think it was msconfig.exe and it removed that. I ran the scan during safe mode. After that I restart. I no longer get dr watson post mortem error but now Im getting windows error like when it asks do you want to send the error to microsoft.

I ran a hijackthis like other people:

msconfig.exe is a file which helps to edit and administer text configuration files such as win.ini and autoexec.bat. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.
Note: Malware can be named by any name!!!

Get that Freeram program out of the startup. You can set it within the program not to automatically start with Windows. If you feel you need it, run it manually. How much physical ram do you have? I would also get rid of that popup stopper and use the builtin IE popup blocker or the Google toolbar.

The more 3rd party stuff you have running in the background, the more chances there are for conflicts and incompatibilities.

I also do not see an antivirus! That's pretty dangerous running like that these days. Download and install AVG Free and do a full scan - and you might want to do the same with Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware SE - both are free.
