Find and remove icon
My wife went on QNN and it left an icon on her XP Home additon desktop. It is huge and she wants it gone but I cannot find it to remove/delete it.
Help, please.

What is the icon for? is it a short cut to an application or web site?
Have you scanned for spyware?

Finding icon for removal.
What is the icon for? is it a short cut to an application or web site?

She said it was normal size and she tried to move it "or something" and it expanded to where the letters font has the broken jagged lines because it is so large. If it is just a shortcut to a website did you try just right clicking the icon and hitting delete?

As Ghost says just a simple right click and delete might get rid of it, if not then maybe clear out your temporary internet files and do a system restore to just before she got this pest.
