OEM and CD only
Would someone please tell me what the difference is.
Microsoft Windows XP Professional (SP2) Full version software, CD set with activation key for licence. *Note: The words "Not For Resale" are imprinted on the CD however it can legally be used for commercial and educational use. Is this OEM or is it Retail without the box? Thank you for you input. |

It's neither. It's NFR, which is intended to be sold to value added resellers for evaluation. Its legality for use by the general public is questionable.
