Registry repair software

Has anyone had any luck with any of the registry repair software advertised on the Internet. I'd even pay for one if I thought it would make a small repair to my registry. Of course, a free one would be better.

See my last post. http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=161758

GLC: Nothing on that web page fits my exact problem.

Are you maybe looking for a program that will scan and remove bad entries and replace them with good entries?

Reg cleaners like RegSeeker can remove many invalid entries. Keep in mind that removing one too many entries can turn your pc into a boat anchor.

I trust Crap Cleaner - but I don't know if that's your problem. Let's not open multiple threads - I'm closing this one, keep the original one going till your issue is solved.
