Xp Pro

is anyone familiar with this site?

If so which one do I need to d/l a bootable XP pro to a floppy please?

for recovery purposes. I was told it is good to have one for each OS.

If you have the installation CD you don't need a boot disk, as you can use the recovery console from the install CD.

Then download the Windows XP Pro boot disk for your appropriate install (No service packs, SP1, or SP2). If you can't tell, right-click on My Computer and select Properties, that will tell you what version of Windows you have.

To be honest, if you don't have the installation CD because it is a store-bought computer, I would just forget about a Windows XP boot disk and use something else like Knoppix for data recovery. To do a reinstall you would need to use the recovery CD anyway.
