No sound in Xp Pro
Hi all,
I just format & instaled Windows Xp pro Sp2 and everything went fine. Although i dont have any sound whatsoever. I dont have a sound card,I just use the intergrated sound on the mobo so do i need to download drivers for it? I just dont know what drivers to download for it. My computer is a Hp Pavilion and mobo details on siggy. Thanks |

You need to download the chipset and any other driver that www.hp.com has for your pc....

You are not going to find anything on the Asus site for that motherboard because it's not an Asus-supported board. It's a HP OEM board that just happens to be made by Asus for HP. You keep forgetting that you have a proprietary computer there.
