Diagnostic Startup

If I am looking to shave a couple seconds off of my startup, should I run with diagnostic startup selected. Or, willl this have some negitive affects?

You'll miss out on a more complete memory check usually. I like having the complete check, most people don't. It doesn't make a huge difference if you don't have it.
