Single Acer file problem

I have this file "QtZgAcer.exe" that on startup it sometimes can not stop running at 100% CPU usage. I normally can tell because the fan is going crazy. But, as soon as I end the process and run it again, its fine. I have gone to Sysinfo.org and found nothing that would explain whats the deal. I file is used to manage my quick buttons on the outside of the notebook. I would like to keep it on startup.

Have any suggestion?

Send a message via MSN to doctorgonzo
I'd first check to see if Acer has any updates for that program.

Nope, I have installed all the updates. No one can figure this one out for some reason.

Only workaround I found was to disable it from starting automatically on bootup and instead activating it manually each time. Hardly a desirable fix but it'd be a little less work than what you're already doing with the disable/re-enable routine.
