WLAP32.dll error

I get this error when booting up to windows and i cant get to my desktop it said i can try reinstalling it which might fix the problem. does anyone have any ides on what i should do or how i go about reinstalling it.

I think you mean WLDAP32.dll. Can you boot to safe mode? I try running Malware scans in safe mode and see if you have some kind of infection. Otherwise, you can download a replacement dll file here.
