I think I saw this question somewhere before and that it is related to SP2 changing the way that screen displays and isn't a problem.
If I can find the link I will, add it to the post.
Here you go see step 27.
Quote:
Note: All XP SP2 versions now show the same XP loading screen. Windows XP is displayed for both Home and Professional.
And tell your friend that he needs to get caught up with his updates.

Once you install service pack 2 on a previous XP version (home or Pro) it will no longer say "professional" or "home" on the boot-up screen. This is one of the quickest ways to hint at whether SP 2 has been installed.

Then I'm pretty sure it's not installed right. Have you checked in the properties of "my computer" whether SP2 is installed or not ?

The text "Professional" or "Home" disappears. . no XP SP2 I have seen displays it.

If you save the pic to your computer you can zoom in.

Actually I was referring to ktkendall's post, not yours, as he still has the word "Professional" on his boot screen, which means IMHO that SP2 is not, or at least not properly installed.

For you, AMD, it's all normal as said. XP SP2 removes the "Home" and "Professional" words from the boot screen.
