I cannot use the Help area
I have a Vaio, Windows Me, and has been around a month that I cannot get the Help Center, I also cannot defragment, something is really wrong, I have try everything I know but I don't know how to fix it.
When I try to go to the Help Center I got this in the bottom of the page: The initialization of The Help Center has failed, Please report the following error number to the Microsoft Support: 2147143679. Any sugestions? |
