DOS on Windows Vista

Is an MSDOS prompt going to be provided with Windows Vista?

Since it was not part of XP, I doubt it. It'll problably still have a command window, though, but I didn't research it.

It looks to me like it is being replaced by Windows PE 2.0, but i don't see anything in there specifically stating that you won't be able to use ms dos applications.
