Boom windows 2000 user

hello

i've a problem regarding the error messages of:

"explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows & The instruction at "0X77fcb2b9" referenced memory at "0X20226570" The memory could not be written"

what actually the problem are & what is da solutions?

I'd start by running memory diagnostics.

memory could be going bad... swap it out with a known good stick to see if u still generate the error... Do what GLC said first, run memtest on the memory currently installed.
