Synchronizing folders in XP?

Lets say I have a folder that is active and a backup folder that I wish to keep current. Is there some way to have only the newest files transferred to the backup folder withouh copying and pasting?

I have been using SyncBack for months now, and it is great. I use it to maintain a mirror of my MP3 partition on my backup file server, and it automatically takes care of pushing only the newest files to the backup server. I highly recommend it. It is quite flexible.

microsoft has a new port toy out called SyncToy, its similar to the program jayb1234 posted, but its alittle more user friendly, its really just user preference.
