USB devices lock up Win XP
I have a Dell P4 with XP Home installed and everytime i plug a USB device into a port, it locks everything up. Only way out is forced power down. Any help would be appreciated.

When did this start?
Have you ever been able to use a usb device before. What 'sort' of usb device? We need more info to help you properly so complete specs would help as well.
