How do I??
I have an old laptop that I installed XP on. The laptop won't run very well with XP on it, so how do I get rid of XP and install '98. Do I format the hard drive and then install '98? There's some type of difference between the file systems isn't there. Please help. Thanks.

Yes you will have to format the drive; 98 uses FAT 32.
If that's a 98se cd you can boot with it.
