screen flashes on windows startup. problem?
I just purchased a Dell Latitude D820 a couple of weeks ago and the screen flashes for a split second when windows loads. After I type in my password windows starts to load, flashes for a split second, and then continues loading. Everything else seems okay and I have not had any other problems. When I disable everything in the startup menu in msconfig the screen does not flash. I am wondering if this flashing is normal or if it is a problem I should be worried about. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
