Questions about built-in windows backup utility

About the built-in backup utility in windows xp, what does this not have that expensive programs do have? It looks like you can do full backups with it including settings, and you can run it on a schedule, so am I missing something, or is there any real reason to pay for third party software?

It looks to me like about the only major difference is that you don't seem to be able to do a full drive image with the Windows Backup.
See the "Other Backup Alternatives" at the bottom of this page.

You cannot do a bare metal restore from it. I'd recommend spending the 30 bucks for Acronis True Image 9.0.
