I have another prob with my video when looking at web sites. I have a yellow ! on my video card in device manager. I tried to re-installing it using win 2000 cd to no avail. How can I fix this please. It is a hp manufactred that cam with my HP presario 7360 PC. I looked ON HP site as well and called HP and they told me anything 2000 or older you have to call MS which will charge me. I tried belarc to find out what kind of video card I have but it doesn't list it. Any other ideas? Again, Any help is appreciated.

Go to "Device Manager", and right click on the vidio card...select "update". This will take you to the update driver wizzard...chose "do not conect to the internet"...the next screen there is 2 options...1. Let windows automatically find the best driver...2. Select from a list...select the latter, & then browse to the folder you save the driver.

The driver should be moved to the default windows driver folder, for permanent storage. I am not sure which folder is the driver folder...maybe someone else can help ya there.

You will find a setup folder in the folder you unzipped the driver to - and in there, just double click on the setup.exe file.
