Hey,
Here is a screenshot of my desktop with the stated problem: http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k1...8/untitled.jpg As you can see, when I open START--PROGRAM, it only "remembers" the most popular programs used and keeps the other ones hidden, unless I click the arrow at the bottom to expand the entire selection. Well, I dont want to keep doing this. Is there a way to set it to expand all the time? Thanks in advance!!

Right click on the taskbar and choose Properties. Click on the Start Menu tab and click "Customize". Under the "Advanced Start Menu Options" uncheck "Use Personalized Menus".

Hi,
Following your directions, this is where it took me. Where am I able to change options here? http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k137/sm100378/11.jpg |

The menu in the bottom left of your attachment, scroll down. Use Personalized Menus is the last entry.
