an266 getting old

seems like this pc is getting old, lost help&support, dont remenber how to turn it back on, searched but no luck help
this thing is 3.5 years od but want to wait just a bit before starting on a asusm2npu-vm and a 3800AM2
PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS SAMMY OH ITS A windows xp sp 2

where and how do i turn on help and support, when i click on it it says that its not turned on, last week when i tried to renew my trend micro pc-cillain we got half way thru and it just went crazy and locked up then shut down ,reboote din safe mode and DUMPED trend micro loaded avg but found i didnt have help nd support , how do i turn it back on

Are you talking about Windows help and support or AVG help and support?

If you are talking about Windows XP help I would start here:
Go to start, run, and type in services.msc

Scroll down to help and support, double click on it and see if the service is enabled.
