blue screen and stacks

I keep getting blue screen when I go online, "while page is loading. The message I get is the following
No spare stack pages. It may be necessary to increase the setting of MinSPs in system ini. To prevent possible page stacks faults. I can hit any key and go on like nothing is wrong.

Can anyone tell me what I should do? I have no idea. Thanks

Thanks glc: I read and applied the cure and it seems to have worked. I didn't reply to you for a day to see if it was going to happen again which it has not so far and it seems that my pages are loading faster, maybe just me . What a pleasure using these forums than spending hours or days on the phone with someone that doesn't seem to know anymore than I do. Thanks again

A tip for the future - all I did was type "minsps" into Google and that article was at the top of the list.
