how do I get rid of something in my properties box

since I installed catalyst it shows up when I right clik and choose properties. It's at the top of the list of choices.

I wasn't able to find it using they're info. In regedit I did find two ATI entries though. They are HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/cdafile, and HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/mfplay. I don't know what they are or what would happen if I deleted them. This isn't a critical problem but It gripes me that companies do this.
