Hoe To Install window xp on a computer that have a blue screen
my computer has a blue screen and as u know the bottom has v.3.10
okay affer trying to press everysingle key when i turn computer on nothing happen. try to use another system recovery disc and still nothing happen. i am froze like this for 6 month now. and now i have a CD of window xp pro. and still when i pop it in. nothing happen. i dont want to thorwn away my computer becuz all hardware is okay. only that software like window xp wont boot my computer. |

Your hardware is NOT all okay if you are getting a bluescreen and cannot boot to a Windows or recovery CD.

What kind of computer is this? Home built or name brand?
Do you know the complete system specs? If you do, please post the parts by brand and model including the power supply. Have you tested the RAM with Memtest86+ yet? Have you tested the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic utility yet? Do you have compatible spare parts to swap in to test with?  Cricket
