Outlooks Express
Hi,
Basically one of the Directors is going on holiday and for every e-mail they recieve they want Outlook Express to send one back to the sender saying that they are out until such an such date, sort of a automated response email. Any ideas? Thanks Alex |

Best you can do with OE is to create a Message Rule...
Note that the pc must be left on and OE up and running to make the rule work.

Yeh, I've had a play and worked it out.
Basically I created a message rule to send a email back. I told the person to keep OE open and I set it to send and recieve every 2 minutes. Thanks Alot Alex |

What you did works, but if your mailhost has a vacation message thing that's a much better way of doing it.
