Where does MCE store my recordings?

Can I get to them or are they hidden on the mysterious ten missing gigs of hard drive that aren't accounted for in 'My Computer' or as a sepereate unformatted partition....

The files are probably in one of the folders underneath My Docs.

Nope, couldn't find it there. I tried using google desktop search to look for the files but got nothing. I know they've got to be somewhere because I remember a while ago, I saw the file name of an entourage episdoe that I recorded in MCE pop up as a file that was being moved during a defrag.

Hey, I found them. They're under the Shared Documents directory in a file called Recorded TV. It's weird that Google didn't index them, I guess it doesn't do that or maybe I just need to change the preferences or something. I found it by traveling hrough windows explorer step by step from the C: disk root down on the path of a mysterious 40 GB folder.

You should enable display of hidden and system files in your folder options.
