A question of performance

Currently, I am using Windows XP Professional 32bit. My question is (with the system that is in my sig), Would I notice a performance gain in any way converting from the 32 bit OS to the 64 bit OS? I have my PC set up just the way I want it, but have been seriously considering changing over to the 64 bit OS to take advantage of my 64 bit processor, but what advantages would I notice? What kind of changes does it provide? I've had no experience with the 64 bit OS, and would appreciate any feedback from someone who does have the experience.
Thank you in advance.

It wouldn't be worth the effort and cost. And drivers for 64bit can be hard to find.

I see.. Thank you.
Still wondering what kind of difference it'd make. if you're bored enough to enlighten me, or direct me to a thread or site explaining the differences between the two. performance wise.
