Microsoft DRM Help

I have a subscription to a napster type service called Ruckus. I was dowloading some music this morning when my computer locked up, when it rebooted windows media will not play the files.(they are protected by Microsoft DRM). Windows media tells me that "License storage is not working" and my client software wants me to re-indivualize my DRM. When I try to re-indivualize the program errors out.

So far I have re-installed windows media player and my ruckus client software. Is there any way to re-install the DRM software or reset it so that I can play my protected files?

I figure it out. Just had to rename the DRM folder and "re individualize" DRM on my computer.
That reset the DRM on my end and I was able to acquire all of my licenses on my computer.
