What software did you use to scan with? You probably need to use more scanners to get rid of everything.

If you have internet access, go to www.download.com, download the following free programs, update them and then boot into safe mode and run all scans, removing everything they find.
AVG free edition anti-virus AdAware SE Spybot Search and Destroy ccleaner -Kev

For safe mode, when you see the windows logo at boot up, press F8. You should also check what's running at start up. Go to Start>Run type in msconfig. There maybe some strange programs that runs at startup and it's hogging all your resources.

my computer is running win xp os, seems like i had many viruses but i removed most of them in safe mode as well deleted infected users accounts. now, that i want to get back into the systems and click an account automatically log me off, well, besides this i can't use the safe mode because it do the same. i did use the last config..used but it goes into the desktop once there it log me out outomatically....frustrated now do not know what to do...i wonder if can get in another way...or probably have to format the disk and load the os win xp back if doing so, how do i do that?:....
any help is really appreciated. best |
