MS Outlook setting Rules?

Hi all,
Are there any tricks to setting up rules on incoming email. I've tried to set it up for incoming email to go to certain folders but when I recieve email's it goes to my inbox.

Any ideas.

There are the junk mail settings/rules, that you can make rules for what is junk mail and make it go to the junk mail folder, or even have it instantly deleted. It's found under actions>Junk Email..

Everything you need should be under tools", "message rules", "mail".

You can make rules to direct messages from a particular sender to a particular folder based on the content of the "from" line, the "subject" line, the "to" line or the "message body".

Go to "file", "new" and you can create new folders to receive mail.
