Question LAN settings in IE browser

I'm trying to filter sites through the LAN settings in IE browse but it is not working correctly. In the image attached are my settings and still not working.

Hi ljCharlie

It looks to me like you are setting up everything except the logins to MyTime to go through the proxy, right? And you're doing this for an educational instutition in Wisconsin? I would imagine the university has a contract with Kronos (or whatever other vendor has provided MyTime for the college), so you'd likely best contact them first. The setup of those connections can be minute in their details, and almost always involve VPN and other advanced security measures [it's a person's time card at stake, after all].
