I am trying to install SATA drivers into my computer because it recently crashed. (see my post in general hardware for details on the crash. Basically my HDD died and i got a new one SATA and my comp wont recognize it.) I was told to download the drivers from the manufacturer's website, in this case ASUS. That was done and now when i try to put the file on a floppy, it is too big. I don't know if im suppose to split it up into more than one disk and if so idk which files to put on each disk. the whole download from ASUS website for SATA drivers was 4.xxxKB and a floppy only holds 1.44MB of space... soooo im not sure how to do this. TY

Have you rummaged around in the driver folder to see if there's a smaller file you're supposed to place in the floppy?

Extract the contents of the download to a folder and look in it for a read me that will have the instructions for how to make the floppy.
There will be a executable file in there named something like makedisk that you run to make the floppy.
