Go into services and start it, and in there if you wish you can set it to run automatically.

Either right click MyComputer, then manage, then expand services and click on services, or just open the run box and type services.msc and you get the complete list of services available. Find help and support on the right side and double click it to get to the settings. I have mine set to manual and it works for me when I need it.
