cgi-bin in 2000

It's a long time since I done it and it can't remember how to set up a cgi-bin (to run perl scripts) using the web server in W2K. I remember it being quite easy, but I can't see in the admin tools how to allocate the cgi folder. I presume I don't have to have installed perl yet.

Any pointers would be much appreciated,
