Frozen icons and explorer.exe not responding
One of my teacher's computers occasionally will act strange. The mouse pointer will move, but you can't click on anything. Icons freeze on screen and when I Ctrl-Alt-Del and shutdown, explorer.exe has halted, and I have to click End Program. Anyone got any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it? This is a relatively brand new machine.
