Windows Vista RC1 Question
I have the latest Vista release, RC1, and it is much more stable than Beta 2. Virtually all of the major bugs are gone.
I am having one issue, however. The new Aero Glass interface is only enabled on my account. It is not available on any other desktop accounts for my family members. All are administrator accounts setup identical to mine. I am baffled by this. Any ideas?
