xxclone problem!!!

Hello

I recently tried to create an image of my windows partition with the freeware program xxclone , which is supposed to be an alternative of symantec ghost and acronis true image . While xclone was creating the image i accidently hit the cancel button . XXclone stoped , but ever since , an entire folder has been erased from my D: partition ( which was the target of the image of the c: partition i was trying to create) , and in the start - programs menu , most of the shortcuts for the programs installed in my pc disappeared too .

Any help please?
