Error 1706 in Windows 2000
Hello!
I need help! I have had the software PCStich 6 installed on my computer for 2 years. I have never had any trouble with it. But now every time I try to open PCStitch I get an error code 1706 No valid source can be found for Paperport. It only happens when I try to open PCStitch. I have tried reinstalling the software and searching the Internet. I have found nothing that helps. The box that pops up says the information I need is on a CD that should be inserted. I have even tried searching the installation CDs for Windows 2000 that came with my computer for the file paperport.msi. It says no files found. Can someone please help? Thank you! |

It's looking for a Paperport CD - this is a program that comes with Visioneer scanners.
