Desk Top Settings
Hello I have just bought a toshiba laptop with Windows XP Media. My question is can two people have different desktop settings when they log in? Will the screen resolutions settings stay where each person sets it ? If so have do I save it where it will do it? I have got it to where the background will change to each user setting. Thanks

You can set it up for another user with USER ACCOUNTS in the Control Panel. The screen resolution is a one-time deal - one of those accounts will be an administrator account which controls such. ATI based Video Cards will actually flash a block in the secondary user accounts that will actually tell the user that he is not authorized to change the settings. Simply use the best resolution all the way around and be happy.
