Have you scanned your machine for virii, spyware/malware?
Before running any spyware programs, run an online antivirus scan. Preferrably from Trendmicro at http://housecall.antivirus.com./, then download Ad-aware SE Personal, Spybot S & D, and CWShredder. The first 2 can be gotten at www.majorgeeks.com, CWShredder you can get at the http://housecall.antivirus.com.

Runtime errors are usually caused by software or driver issues. Have u installed any software/drivers recently? How long has this problem been going on? Do you have all the Critical Updates? Could you copy paste the error as it appears in Event Viewer along with your computer specs?
